Xinhua News Agency & Pakistan Observer Signed MoU

MoU With The Chinese Embassy & Social Diary
Pakistan Observer arranged a Chinese Dinner for Madam Bao Jiqing, wife of the Chinese Ambassador on October 29, 2015 at Serena Hotel. After the Dinner an MoU was signed with the Chinese Embassy for pictorial coverage of social gatherings of Chinese friends in Pakistan. On behalf of Pakistan Observer Ms. Sadia Zahid Malik, Editor Social Diary and on behalf of the Chinese Embassy Mr. Yu Xueyong, Director Political and Pres Affairs signed the MoU.

Shanghai Daily & Pakistan Observer Signed MoU
Pakistan Observer signed an MoU with Shanghai Daily on 22 September 2017. Mr. Gauhar Zahid Malik, Executive Editor and Mr. Omer Zahid Malik, Group Managing Editor visited Shanghai on the invitation of Shanghai Daily and signed the MoU. According to the Cooperation Agreement Pakistan Observer will publish Shanghai Daily content twice a month on Wednesdays.

Corporation Agreement between Global Times & Pakistan Observer
The ‘Pakistan Observer’ and ‘Global Times’ signed an MoU on November 02, 2018 for sharing of contents published in each other’s publications, exchanging news, photographs and articles etc as well as exchanging media persons for the promotion of China-Pakistan bilateral relations, people to people contact, pushing mega projects like Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

China Daily (Global Edition) & Pakistan Observer
The Pakistan Observer and China Daily Global Edition (CDGE) signed an MoU for cooperation between the two Media Houses on January 01, 2019. The China Daily Global Edition is being published and distributed in Islamabad along with the Pakistan Observer daily.

CCTV & Pakistan Observer signed an MoU
China Central Television (CCTV) is the national TV station of the People’s Republic of China and it is one of China’s most important news broadcast companies. Today, CCTV has become one of China’s most influential media outlets. In addition to its TV programs, CCTV has also built up a multi-media broadcasting platform and business operation, which includes movies, newspapers and the internet. CCTV is the main news source for the Chinese people. It is also an important window for Chinese to learn about the outside world, and for the world to find out more about China. CCTV is making efforts to become a global media network with increased international influence.

Joint Venture Collaboration between the Pakistan Observer & Xinjiang Television of China
Xinjiang Television is local television network station in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, China. It is the major television station in Xinjiang and is located in the capital Urumqi. It was founded and started to broadcast on October 1, 1970. Capital Publications (Pakistan Observer) is 32-years-old Media House now launching its TV channel with the name of Observer TV (OTV). All the pre-launching preparations have been made.
